Mexsnax was founded by Luis Gonzalez in 1986 in response to a lack of market presence of authentic Mexican-style Snacks and an awareness of the Mexican and Latin snacking tendencies in the Dallas market. Through many trials, failures, persistence, and hard work in pursuit of the American Dream, Mexsnax was born. The first product was the tostada, and soon after, our corn churrito was developed. Mexsnax now manufactures over 140 different snacks. 

    

    Mexsnax has been proudly family owned and operated for over 37 years. We have endured with hard work and determination alongside over fifty employees and a product catalog of over 100 plus SKUs. Mexsnax has expanded into markets outside of Texas and sells to several national retail establishments, including Seven-Eleven, HEB, Walmart, and others.
